One system for turning your message into a presentation that actually sells. It is reverse-engineered from the world's highest-converting funnels, then rebuilt and renamed so every piece belongs to your world, not someone else's. A razor has swappable Blades and one Edge. You bring the Foundations. The Razor draws the right people with the Magnet, picks the Blade that fits your buyer, and sharpens it with the Edge.
The shape of it, top to bottom
1 · The Foundations
Your raw material: Mission (your North Star), Avatar (the one person you serve, and how aware they are), and Brand DNA (your positioning, voice, and story). Everything downstream is built from these. Your Signature lives inside the Brand DNA.
2 · The Magnet
The attraction layer. Before anyone buys, the right person has to be pulled toward you. The Magnet designs the brand underneath your content so you collect buyers, not browsers. Its heart is The Signature.
3 · The Blade
The presentation that converts. There are eight Blades, eight proven ways to structure the sell. Your avatar decides which one fits, and the Razor picks it for you. You can override it, or compare two side by side.
4 · The Edge
What makes any Blade actually cut. The Edge engineers agreement one quiet yes at a time, then scores your deck before you present. It runs through every Blade.
The Signature · what makes you magnetic
Every brand people trust has three things. The Magnet finds all three and makes them yours.
Cause
What you stand FOR. It makes the right people rally.
Villain
What you stand AGAINST, always a system or an inherited lie, never the customer. It makes the right people align.
The Crack
Your honest, human flaw. It makes people trust you. There is a crack in everything. That is how the light gets in.
The Edge · the sharpening discipline
The One Belief
The single belief that, once your audience holds it, makes buying the only logical next step. The one decision the Razor never automates: you choose it.
The Nine Agreements
Nine small yeses, in order, that carry someone from "I have a problem" to "I am ready." By the end they are not being convinced. They are agreeing with themselves.
The Edge Score
Your deck, graded before you ever walk on stage, on structure, emotion, the close, and repetition. A bridge that is ninety percent built still falls.
The eight Blades
Eight ways to structure the sell. The Razor picks the one your avatar needs, and tells you why.
How you use it
1 · Your inputs
In the Deck Builder, paste or load your Mission, Avatar, and Brand DNA. Optionally Forge The Magnet from them.
2 · Your Blade + One Belief
The Razor picks your Blade and proposes tested One Beliefs. You choose the belief to build on.
3 · Build the deck
The Razor writes the full presentation on your Blade, sharpened by the Edge, and hands you the Edge Score. Compare two Blades if you want, then download the .pptx.

Foundations Mission · Avatar · Brand DNA
Generate the three inputs the whole system runs on, the way you build them. Your Mission (North Star), your Ideal Customer Avatar (with the Diary, ad-script, and lead-magnet headlines), and your Brand DNA. Edit anything, then send it to the Deck Builder. Saved with the project.
1 · Mission Statement
Outcome × Audience × Situation. Your internal North Star, not public copy.
2 · Ideal Customer Avatar
One avatar per Stage of Awareness, eight sections plus the Diary (the emotional voice). Generate one, add more stages anytime, mark the primary.
The eleven-section upstream fuel every generator inherits. Built from your Mission and Avatars, plus anything you add.

1 · Your inputs
Your Mission, Avatar, and Brand DNA, built in the Foundations tab (each one's Use in Deck Builder button drops it here), pasted in by hand, or loaded from the sample. This card is where the deck gets generated, in two steps: first the Razor finds your One Belief candidates, then you pick one and build the deck.
This starts deck generation (step 1 of 2). The Razor picks your Blade and proposes tested One Belief candidates; you choose one, then click Build the deck.
2 · Your Blade + One Belief candidates
The Razor picked your Blade and proposed tested beliefs. You choose the one to build on (this is the one decision never automated).
3 · Deck + scorecard

The Magnet your attraction layer
Optional, and separate from the deck. Before anyone buys, the right person has to be pulled toward you. The Magnet forges your Signature, Cause, Villain, and The Crack, plus the hooks and the lead magnet that draw buyers, not browsers. Built from your inputs above; run it whenever you like.

Connect your own AI provider. Your key is encrypted at rest on the server and is never sent back to the browser.
Use the most advanced model for both for the best results. You can also run the thinking on one model and the deck script on another (say Opus for thinking, Fable 5 for the script) and compare. Faster models cost less.
